First of all, just because a group/team is in a Unity Family it does not mean anything, good or special.  For any client who is looking for someone to help please, please look at a team’s evidence before you even ask them to come into your home. If a team has blurry pictures, pictures of dust (orbs), pictures of lights that are squiggly, pictures they call “mists” which can either be smoke, fog or breath please look for a different team.  Research any team you have in your home. This is a response to a comment I seen in a “unity” group:

In my personal opinion I would advise anyone seeking a paranormal investigation to not look for a team who is a member of a unity group or site. Now if you want your business or house to be deemed haunted then by all means look for a team who is for unity. After much researching we find these teams to be unaware of what is and is not paranormal. There are many people who refuse to learn the one part of investigating that is important, and that is photography. Now I am not saying one needs a degree but one needs to learn. One way is to listen to people who are willing to explain camera anomalies, camera anomalies are not paranormal. Camera anomalies can be recreated to prove and to be explained.  Much of the equipment used in some investigations is just as good as the toys in a toy store made for kids to play ghost hunter. When trying to explain this to some people, they close their minds and again refuse to listen and understand. Now Angela Sangster wrote an article on Fantasy Prone Personalities which is a very good article and after reading it you begin to see how many people in the paranormal community fall into that genre of fantasy prone personalities.

Some unity groups say they are” open minded” and yes they are to everything but the truth people have tried to show them. They say open minded but they ban or delete people who can show them what has been learned so far, which includes photography and the use of equipment. Why do they not except the truth, well we feel and others feel it is because they want so desperately to say they have had an encounter with a ghost/spirit they will call anything paranormal. Most want the attention of people who do not know any better. These people do NOT need to teach anyone if they have no clue in the first place. I do not know how many times I have seen, and to put it bluntly, bullshit, posted and no one in their group has the common sense to explain to these people why their picture looks the way it does.  Is it they don’t know either? That is unity, that’s working together? Really..  

Stop calling yourselves “PROFESSIONALS” you’re NOT, NO “Professionals” in the paranormal community. Ethical, excuse me, are you serious?  Come on stop patting yourself on the back. Presenting non-paranormal pictures saying they are paranormal is unethical, stop playing with others’ lives. It is awful to ban people who say there is no such thing as a professional in the paranormal community, but you say your open minded..

Elite Society would be one who does not lie; once again, presenting non-paranormal evidence as paranormal evidence does NOT make you an Elite Society. People who present the TRUTH are those who are the ELITE, let’s make that very clear.

Again, it is of our opinion for people looking for help to stay away from teams who are in a unity group. Take a look at a team’s evidence. I have said this time and time again, if they call orbs, mists, blurred pictures, a vortex, and the list can go on like call bugs fairies evidence, oh my look for another team.  Don’t believe what you see on TV as the truth, it is entertainment.  Being on a TV show is a badge of honor for some which in many cases is a badge of BULLSHIT.

Why do people feel the need to classify themselves as specialist or being certified in anything when it comes to the field of ghost hunting? There are no accredited courses in being a certified ghost hunter, or being certified as evp specialist, and so on. Don't be fooled in their claims, it is nonsense. These people who offer these non accredited courses are only out to take your money. Sadly to say many people fall for this, and then claim they are certified or they are specialist on their websites, and to their clients.
 
One of the people who offer these courses has some of the worse examples of her claims of the paranormal I have seen. From a camera strap in the flash which she calls, a double vortex, to  anomaly with tentacles, which is hair, and the list goes on. One of the pictures I looked at had even been run through a photo program which tells me it could have been tampered with. So please if you want to become a ghost hunter, ask questions of people who have been doing this for sometime, research the Internet, learn some photography and by all means use some common sense. Please do not let these people who offer courses take your money.

If one claims to be psychic, then I would think one would want to prove that fact, or so they say it is a fact, by taking James Randi's challenge you could prove to the world you are a true psychic. If you were a true psychic wouldn’t you want to make 1 million dollars? Hell I would, if I was telling the honest truth, you can bet I would be the first in line to take the million dollars home with me. For all these years charlatans have come to try to cash in, but they have failed. The tricks of their trade have been exposed. Sure we will hear all kinds of reasons why they will not take the challenge, and  most will say it is rigged, sure,  tell us another excuse. Teams that charge you for an investigation should be avoided, IMO. There is absolutely no reason you should pay for an investigation.  There are many good teams out there,  any team that charges is truly laughable. I will not mention any names, but will post their sites for educational purposes. Many teams will take donations which in these times are very welcomed, but they will not ask for you to pay.

Shadow People are mostly described as human looking silhouettes or a shapeless mass/vaporous that sometimes changes into a more human shape. Most reports of them are that there are no facial features but there have been reports that some have seen red eyes.

EMFs (Electromagnetic Fields) Under the right conditions, electromagnetic fields can interfere with the functions of the temporal lobe; creating altered states of perception in which auditory and visual hallucinations can occur. Using electromagnetic fields, researchers have been able to recreate many of the experiences reported during paranormal encounters under laboratory conditions, including those of shadow people.  

EVP refers to the purported manifestation of voices and sounds of paranormal origin on electronic media such as radios and tape recorders

ECTOPLASM/MIST

Ectoplasm  is siad to be a spirit energy appearing in the form of a wispy white vapor, fog or mist containing swirls, contrails, or streaks. This may manifest as cloud-like masses, contrails left behind from fast-moving orbs, vortices, and as apparitions. Appears to the naked eye or later on developed film.

 These two pictures are nothing more then, breath, and smoke. The claims of  mist, and breath pictures are  at  the top  of the list of things people like to call paranormal, with "orbs" being first.  Everyone claims, no one was smoking, yeah, ok. Smoke will drift through the air, even though no one was smoking right next to you, you still can pick up the smoke. There could be a fire down the road, and the smoke still can come into play in your pictures. Breath, and or fog you may not see it, but when the flash of the camera goes off, it will light it up, and appear as the first picture. These are reasons that these type of pictures should not be used as evidence. 

           Demonologist

Demonology is not a legitimate scientific study but is based strictly on religious belief, and knowledge of. There are no accredited courses to become a demonologist, nor do I believe any certification. If one wants to become a religious Demonologist the truly proper way would be to go to bible college or a seminary, because a true Demonologist is a religious position. I would believe that most of the people that claim they are Demonologist never went to bible college or a seminary to really get the correct understanding. For all these on-line sites that may offer a certificate to become a Demonologist is ludicrous, I even seen where you can print off a certificate where you can simply sign your name to it. Which I call fraud.

I would think that if one does not go through a proper bible college or seminary they should not assume the title of a Demonologist at all. Just because one has the knowledge of wiping a baby’s ass correctly does not make them a “assologist”.

I am not into demons, I do not believe in them, but if you think you are in need of one, please check their credentials of anyone calling themselves a Demonologist. Find out where they attended bible school or the name of the seminary. There are many people out there who have assumed the name, and now charge hundreds of dollars for their services. I would suggest you talk to someone in the church you attend or if you do not attend one find a church in your local area who may be able to assist you . Please do not be fooled by those who advertise on FaceBook or websites.

Spring , and Summer are the times of the year when there will be millions of little creatures we call bugs fly through the air, and jump out of the grass as you walk through those cemeteries, yards or where ever your walking.  No, most of the time you will not notice these little creatures but, be rest assured they are there. You will however feel the sting of those unseen mosquitoes that love to suck your blood in the night, and just how many of those do you think you will encounter in a night of investigating? Even when you investigate that old building down the street you will encounter some little creepy crawlers you may not see. So when your flash goes off, and you review your photos, please remember those little bugs that are close to your flash will light up. No, just because it looks farther away in your photo (my flash would not go that far) its not, it is your visual perception that you think these bugs, dust, pollen, moisture are further then they are in your picture.   

This spider in this picture is only a about 1 inch from my flash, the shed is about 12 feet from where I was at.

Please respect the posting of the cemeteries you go to, most close at dusk. By all means please respect any, and all properties you may investigate.
